Mindfulness in the Meadow

What a wonderful way to while away a Wednesday morning!

A Weekly Gathering of Presence, Nature, and Equine Wisdom

Step into a sanctuary of stillness and connection.

Mindfulness in the Meadow is a weekly group gathering designed to help you reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the gentle, grounding presence of horses. Nestled in a serene natural setting, our time together is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and find calm in the simplicity of the present moment.

Each week, we come together in the peaceful embrace of the meadow, where the fresh air, open space, and quiet rhythms of the land help guide us back to ourselves. Surrounded by the subtle beauty of the natural world—open skies, the scent of the earth, the presence of animals—you’ll have the space to quiet your mind, open your heart, and gently explore the practice of mindfulness.

At the heart of our sessions are the horses—sensitive, intuitive beings who live fully in the moment. Their presence offers a unique opportunity to deepen your awareness, build trust in your intuition, and experience what it means to be truly seen and accepted without judgment.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice, this group offers a nurturing space for reflection, healing, and authentic connection. There’s no pressure to perform—just an open invitation to be.

What to Expect Each Week:

  • Guided mindfulness and grounding exercises

  • Silent or lightly facilitated time with the horses

  • Nature-based reflection activities

  • Opportunities for gentle sharing and group connection

  • Time for stillness, journaling, or quiet observation

Who This Is For:

This group is open to all adults who feel drawn to mindfulness, nature, and the quiet wisdom of horses. No prior experience with horses or meditation is needed—just a willingness to be present and open.
