A Space to be Yourself
A small, welcoming gathering for neurodivergent women — with horses, sheep, nature, movement and connection.
What if you could spend two hours somewhere you didn't have to explain yourself?
Somewhere you could talk if you wanted to.
Be quiet if you wanted to.
Move, wander, notice, reflect, laugh, sit with the animals — or simply breathe.
I'm creating a weekly facilitated space for neurodivergent women to come together in nature, alongside horses and sheep, with plenty of room to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.
It's a small group. It's gently structured. And there is no expectation to be anything other than yourself.
This isn't about fixing you
There are plenty of spaces where we're encouraged to improve, overcome, manage or push ourselves. This isn't one of those. It's a chance to step out of the noise for a couple of hours. To spend time outdoors.
To connect with other neurodivergent women. To notice what you notice. To explore something through movement, nature or the animals. And perhaps to discover that connection can feel different when there isn't pressure to make it happen.
What might we do?
Every session will be a little different. Depending on the season, the weather and the group, we might:
🐴 Spend time with the horses
🐑 Meet the sheep
🌿 Explore the natural environment
🚶♀️ Walk or move gently
🌱 Try simple grounding or sensory activities
💬 Talk and share experiences
📝 Reflect on something that's come up
🤍 Spend some time in comfortable quiet
There isn't a prescribed way to take part. You won't be put on the spot. And you don't have to talk about anything you don't want to talk about.
The group will be facilitated throughout, with gentle prompts and opportunities for conversation, rather than a rigid programme.
A genuinely small group
The group will have limited places, creating an environment that feels personal and manageable rather than crowded or overwhelming.
You can come for one session to see how it feels, or you can come back regularly and get to know the group over time.
There is no course to sign up for and no expectation that you attend every week.
Come once. Come often. Come when you need it.
A confidential and respectful space
What is shared within the group is treated with respect and should remain within the group, subject to the usual safeguarding responsibilities.
We'll talk about confidentiality and group boundaries when you arrive, so everyone knows what they can expect.
You are also always in charge of what you choose to share.
Who is it for?
This space is for neurodivergent women who would like somewhere a little different to connect, reflect and spend time outdoors.
You might be autistic, ADHD, AuDHD or identify as neurodivergent in another way.
You may have a formal diagnosis, be waiting for assessment, or simply know that the neurodivergent experience resonates with you.
You don't need to be confident around horses.
You don't need to be particularly outdoorsy.
And you definitely don't need to be “good at groups”.
Just come as you are.
