A Morning at Serendipity

A small group experience for four women

There are times when life becomes very full.

Responsibilities, expectations, noise, demands and the things we carry for ourselves and for others can leave very little space simply to be.

A Morning at Serendipity is an invitation to step out of that pace for a while.

To walk, notice, breathe, connect and spend time in nature.

To be alongside horses and sheep, without needing to know what to do.

There is no agenda to follow and no particular outcome to achieve. I may offer an invitation, a question or something to explore, but you remain the expert in your own experience.

Come as you are.

Take what you need from the morning.

Leave a little bit lighter.

What the morning holds

Every visit to Serendipity is different, because every person arrives with their own experiences, stories and ways of being.

This is a carefully held experience that offers space to slow down, reconnect and explore through relationship with nature, animals and yourself.

During the morning, there will be opportunities to spend time alongside the horses and sheep, take part in gentle guided activities, reflect, connect and notice what unfolds.

The activities we share are thoughtfully chosen to create moments of curiosity, challenge, connection and reflection. They are invitations rather than instructions — allowing each person to engage in a way that feels right for them.

I facilitate rather than prescribe.

I guide rather than direct.

You remain the expert in your own experience.

Serendipity is a space where people can step away from the expectations of everyday life and reconnect with their own awareness, resources and innate wisdom.

An invitation to pause

Perhaps you have been carrying a lot.

The responsibilities, expectations and experiences that come with everyday life can gradually fill all the available space, leaving little time to simply be.

Perhaps you are longing for a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and spend time somewhere that asks nothing of you.

A Morning at Serendipity is for women who are curious about what might happen when they give themselves permission to slow down and spend time in nature, alongside the animals.

You do not need to have experience with horses.

You do not need to be a particular type of person.

You do not need to arrive feeling calm, confident or knowing what to expect.

You can arrive exactly as you are.

This is a space for connection, reflection and remembering the parts of yourself that can become quieter when life gets busy.

The Animals at Serendipity

The animals who share Serendipity are an important part of what makes this place what it is.

The horses and sheep are not activities or tools. They are individuals, each with their own personalities, preferences and ways of communicating.

Spending time alongside animals offers opportunities to slow down, become more present and explore connection through relationship, curiosity and respect.

Animals meet us in the moment. They respond to what is happening now, rather than the roles we play or the expectations we carry.

At Serendipity, we work alongside the animals, always considering their needs and wellbeing alongside our own.  Their wellbeing matters because genuine connection can only exist where there is trust and respect.

This is a space of collaboration and relationship — between people, animals and the natural world.
